We specialise in manufacturing products from mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Through our CAD software we can work with your 3D models or 2D drawings, DXF or DWG files or preliminary designs to manufacture your part from development level through to a finished item.
Our Manufacturing Method Process:
- 1. Programming, design and development
- 2. Laser profiling
- 3. Adding sheet metal inserts
- 4. Bending, folding and forming
- 5. MIG and TIG Welding to complete assembly along with section fabrications
- 6. Using trusted local suppliers to apply various metal finishes including powder coating, galvanising, plating and anodising
Prototyping
We are specialists in prototype development. With the rapid rate of new product development there is an ever-greater requirement for prototypes and high-quality prototyping machinery and equipment. We aim to offer a full design service to solve these challenges.
Small Production Runs
Our factory is set up to supply small production runs. We believe costs should not be inflated for small batches as modern CAD-CAM manufacturing enables quick and efficient setup changes. Our customers benefit by purchasing parts on a manageable scale, allowing them to supply small niches. We understand only offering large scale production can often be a barrier to entry for businesses.
Batch Manufacture
We know a lot of companies do require high production volumes. We will work with you to calculate your optimum batch sizes within our production capacity, ensuring your components are produced correctly all with an emphasis on meeting deadlines.
